The terms and conditions for the Service Protection Plan (SPP) may be modified at the sole discretion of Universal Surveillance Alert. |

To sign up for the SPP you must be a USA-1 Customer |

If you cancel your subscription to the Service Protection Plan, there will be a 30-day waiting period to re-subscribe. |

We reserve the right to limit the number of service calls at our discretion. |

The Service Protection Plan only applies to individual residential accounts and is not available to commercial accounts. |

Occasionally our contractors may be unfamiliar with some of your equipment and may require that you contact the vendor or manufacturer for additional operating instructions. |

Universal Surveillance Alert shall not be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, or repairs of the following:
- Subscriber-owned equipment such as: TiVo, ReplayTV or other personal video recorders, home audio and speakers (including home theater systems), gaming consoles, computers (including hardware, software and peripherals such as printers, scanners, digital cameras, routers etc.), cordless or corded phones, fax machines, caller ID units, non-visible structured wiring and programmable remotes.
- Home wiring (cable and phone) which involves repair/alterations to the building/room, cathedral ceilings, lack of attic space, wiring changes restricted by a Home Owners Association, an attached dwelling owner or the dwelling is rented and requires permission of the landlord.
- Repair or replacement of cable damaged by natural disasters normally covered by home owner's insurance (e.g., flood, wind, earthquake, riot, acts of war, gross negligence, willful damage and/or vandalism, total destruction by fire).
- Installation of Digital Phone if the Time Warner Cable field service technician determines that the home alarm system is miswired and/or doesn't work.
